    COOKS FOR 30

    This Product is usually for home use and can cook for up to 30 people. This means if you live alone, you can use it roughly for a month. Cooking it is very easy and saves fuel as it requires less than 15 min to cook.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    The basic way to cook it is to soak 1 cup ( 1 measure) Shebolicious to 2 cups (2 measures) or more of COLD water for about 15 – 30 min. This ensures sufficient rehydration of the soya granules and enables the mince to swell up to three times. This is the reason why such a small amount as 1kg can cater for about 30+ people. While soaking, you can prepare your gravy and/or veggies as desired. In a difference pot cook in your soaked Shebolicious Soya Mince (don’t drain) and allow to simmer at low heat 10min or more. Cook to desired consistency. Enjoy with papa, rice, samp, bread, pasta, roti and more.

    COOKS FOR 200 – 220

    This product is usually used to cook for mass catering in hospitals, churches, funerals, schools. Most schools use it to feed more than 300 because they mix it with vegetables and make it richer and more in quantity.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    The basic way to cook it is to empty the contents of the whole pack into a bucket or basin and mix it with COLD WATER. The cold water should be more than the soya mince with 1:2 ratio. Then let it soak for about 30 – 60min. This ensures sufficient rehydration of the soya particles and enables the mince to swell up to three times. This is the reason why 5kg can cater for about 220 people.  While soaking, you can in the meantime prepare your gravy and when its ready pour in your soaked mixture of Shebolicious Soya Mince and allow to cook at a low heat allowing to simmer for about 30min. Depending on what you will be dishing your Shebolicious with, please control it to your own desired consistency.
